Halbroke1, IF ?? ICOA is still working with Boingo WI-FI, it might be only a matter of time and ICOA could be working with, IF NOT Already many major Cell Phone & Internet operators like AT&T, Sprint for example already owns a % Interest in Boingo WI-Fi already. Interesting to say the least:
