I do not think it is possible to fail so many times. I feel the plan must have been to fail. Each CEO was paid well. Each CEO contributed to the 386,966,816 outstanding shares. HRCT was a designed fraud, and passed on that way from CEO to CEO. Each one, and BAR could name them all I am sure, was a criminal, prosecuted or not.
