What do I think? I do not think it matters that much only if they decided to release Monday and that Monday was the absolute deadline.

I agree, Monday will be the day for the 10Q. I suspect it would be in the morning, giving us all time to review and digest before the radio show. No, I am not aware of any other options to delay the 10Q.

For the record, it's been exactly 3 years (Nov. 19th, 2007) since CBAI filed a 10Q on a Monday. If it's good and continues to show healthy improvement, which I believe it will, it could prove to be a solid week.
