I listened to the Court proceedings. See post 2552 by Half-full (thank you) on 11/15/10.
Listen to Audio on 11/09/10 the last statements on the tape was an exchange with Rosen. Steinberg breaks into Rosens glib suggestion to deny ltw claims with a plea that Rosen's firm refused to extend deadline to Steinberg.
The hearing date was 11/09/10 not 11/14/10(that was the date that I picked it up)
