Yeah, it's hilarious in a way. But a cautionary note - given the animosity, I tend to doubt that there are any reasonable settlement discussions under way. There's plenty to fight about - priority, value of LTWs, process, interpretation of LTW agreement, etc.
I am doubting now that this gets wrapped up in Dec. given the discovery that is due to take place in mid/late Dec.
