I don't know how many truck drivers or dozer operators you need, but I think you're going to also require experienced workers in the mine proper, aren't you? Inmet is going to need thousands of workers, it had the number on their website.

It may come down to pay and benefits at the end of the day, but I would be surprised if it wasn't an issue down the road. There may have to be people brought in to work their mine, I don't know.

14,700 on average, during the construction of the mine.
4,800 during mine operations.


4,800 is probably a lot of people for that relatively unpopulated area of Panama. I would just guess.
