A better question, IMHO, would be why you like it (assuming you do). There's no information available about that I can find, not even historical. No financials, no equity structure, nothing but PRs about MOUs and potential MOUs.
It's in the mining biz, which historically has been a high risk investment will many scams and though it's fallen recently, it's way off its 52 week low.
