Dont expect that to make any difference. Since they are already PINK there is no place to bust them to if they dont comply with that....LMAO
NOW if they dont do it....it becomes clear to US that mgmt has NO credability what so ever

At this point in time they are already in non current pink status. There is no requirement for them to file by any specific date. If they don't file the financials by the end of the month my guess is that they won't be filing until after they have reported on other news first.

The first thing I'm expecting is the end of the clinical study. And, I'm expecting good news there and we should see this very soon.

The next thing I'm expecting is a distribution deal for SteMixx.

After this, is when I'm expecting to see the financials if we haven't seen them by the end of this month.

They have time to file 10Q till Nov 15th, if they don't file it then they need to post a NT 10-Q which says they delayed filing.
