If one of TEVA' goals is to keep MNTA' share price down by placing doubt in the mind of investors about the status of their lovenox application could this current effort at discrediting the FDA by TEVA backfire? They are calling into question the FDA' conduct. Maybe the FDA responds by saying, "We did not show MNTA favoritism, their drug is the only one that meets our standards and here is why." Then publicly reject Teva and amphastar applications as opposed to the usual just sitting on them forever. If it was my conduct that was being called into question I would want to fully defend myself.
