I wouldn't mistake you for a basher. Your opinion is way too elaborated ;)
Psychology will always matter to investors and traders. That's a fact. But I mean that if one day Polaris makes enough profit to reward its investors with a $ dividend, you won't need a degree in psychology to know what greed will do to this stock.
Okay, even greed is a matter of psychology. So you're absolutely right. But you know exactly what I meant in my previous post: when big companies issue PRs they tend to chose their words very carefully when the PR is about a sensitive subject (remember BP's adventure in the Gulf of Mexico) but if they have good news, they'll usually stick to the facts and pay little or no attention to vocabulary. Those cases are usually about figures only:
revenue: $X million
profit: $X million
dividend: $X
I think it's very likely that Polaris will issue a PR like this one day. That's the reason I'm invested in this one. Not for a few %
I'm in this one too, so we got at least one thing in common...
Call me a realist if you like, I'll call you a market shrink and we're even ;-)
