what are you suggesting? that Polaris not a real business with real revenues because of these emails?

If you look at the previous press release, it states that they were expecting the acquisition to close sometimes in August. A month plus went by and everyone started getting frazzled like they are now. A list was created with everyone who called Chuck stating they wanted details now. And then they wanted an email confirming a PR the next week and yaddy yadda yadda we got what we asked for.

Obviously he was no able to disclose any of the details of the acquisition or merger, but he did state in the email and PR that there were "complications" that occured that seem to have been resolved, explaining to me why this deal didn't close in August like originally planned.

In doing my DD, I found this to be a great reference.
Business plan, financials, etc.

Also, I found Toby Cohantz to be an interesting charecter to research. The fact that he allows Polaris to associate his name with this company makes me comfortable here. He has met with Kuni and Naoto and has worked with them on several projects within the company. He has seen their balance sheets and told me that he found Kuni to be honorable and good intentioned.

Unlike most pinks, this company is very open with their share structure. If they were to increase the o/s, it would be because they needed money to make acquisitions here in the U.S. I have only been here since August, but I have read that people have called Cuck during dilution and he has confirmed that it was happening.

Also, were you able to download those pictures of Staff IS I posted? I emailed another business on the floor and they got me in contact with the company. The company is very real and is even hiring as posted on their website, also as PRed.

There are no lies or deception to be found here or at least I cannot find them. This is the real deal IMO.
