Shareholders should expect delays, sales disruptions, and order cancellations as a result of this failure.

IMO, this PR is issued just to come up with some excuse later on and say

1. 'the etc retailer has cancelled the order'
2. could not meet 2010 sales guidance ($11M)
3. another 1 - 2 B shares authorization.

WTH....this is the best scam have ever seen in this market.

Crock...Being involved in Capital Equipment Manufacturing in the past and involved in large test equipment these delays are vastly overstated. If this is a piece of equipment in production today or relatively recently spare parts are but a call away.

I wonder if the router failure will prevent the naming of a new CEO, the filing of financials, the filing of Form 3's, etc... After all, is management is sitting on their heels waiting for a part, what better time to make these *transparencies*. Next thing you will hear is that the ramp up in production is causing the delay in releasing the info to shareholders.

I would imagine that the company could really use the 400k loan to shareholders. Seems like bad management to me. My money seems to be traveling faster now that the bowl is almost out of water and the circle is getting tighter around the drain.
