"It's a well known issue"
I know, I was hoping to find its origins. DTCC has a notification system for suspensions and EIGH does not appear in the archives.
I guess I'm trying to find out if DTCC clearing services were suspended, as you indicated, or if they were never instituted in the first place. A search for "DTCC" on this board does not answer that question. The first time it is mentioned it is in the context of "the DTCC issue", without explanation.
Does your paperwork say exactly what the DTCC issue was?
