That is true but he also said NOT to just dump them on the market bringing the shares price down so much. That to me qualifies as a lie and the dilution topic is just way too delicate for me to just accept and move on.
He also said that raising the a/s was a good thing and that they are not your typical pink sheet company. 300 million shares is a lof of dilution to advertise on the bill handfinger radio program. Imo
