depends on the results of the investigation..... not every stock is the same.... I think it'd be prudent to wait until the dust has settled before we declare a company that's opening up it's flagship store next month, has 40M in financing along wiht the share audit to show the SEC how their stock is being devalued before we declare it dead just yet....
