dd- I'm reading it the same way, that the street name stock is not part of the 700 bill. I've never been this involved in a stock , so I have no idea if I am even reading this right.

Drillbit, ZEN, DAVE and others
The difference between the a/s & o/s is 97B. So if UC retired those 75B recently as we understand he did that leaves 22B difference. But also it has never been clear how many shares he retired over the past year and a half. I think someone calculated 36B if they understood past PR's correctly.
I am glad to see this news out and I am anxious for more. Also restricted shares are included in the o/s right? When shares are in the treasury are they counted too or basically taken out of the equation?
Something else I wonder about the shares in the o/s are they giving us a current total o/s, or is this from the last time filed?

Thanks for you help!

That is exactly what it is .. the 703b are in cert form.. also include restricted insider shares at least 50% so the public 2003 shareholders have about 350 in certs.. the street name shares are NSS.. phoney shares.. what do you think he was referring shareholders and others to the SEC website for.. to read the regulations concerning NSS the company was taking a shot at the SEC... for allowing this to occur..
