The difference between the a/s & o/s is 97B. So if UC retired those 75B recently as we understand he did that leaves 22B difference. But also it has never been clear how many shares he retired over the past year and a half. I think someone calculated 36B if they understood past PR's correctly.
I am glad to see this news out and I am anxious for more. Also restricted shares are included in the o/s right? When shares are in the treasury are they counted too or basically taken out of the equation?
Something else I wonder about the shares in the o/s are they giving us a current total o/s, or is this from the last time filed?
