at this point - yes they are. just has not been processed through the legal system yet. be patient; the process has begun.

Actual guilt is different than legal guilt. Only within the eyes of the law are they innocent until proven guilty. If you beat a car with a hammer you are guilty of beating a car with a hammer. The law does not declare you guilty until the end of the process. You are guilty nonetheless.
