no. trading stocks with small float will move a stock. but counting on others to lock down the float is not likely.

That's how it works but EIGH had it's glory when it was at $.70. Seriously though, all those holding a few months back, for the ones who sold on the way up, congrats, those who weren't too greedy were benefited.
