Where did all these random people come from, that all of a sudden know for a fact that the device doesn't work. If the device didn't work then why did it take the fda so long to get back to us, if it was fake/did not work, they would have come back right away. Makes me wonder how all of a sudden we have all these new people here that know so much about the product. Can we just work with in writing facts. Thanks

I think we might be in a pickle over reverse engeniering though. This process has taken way to long and added much rist of losing the potential play here.
I disagree. Just because it's not out for you and I to see in action it does not mean it does not work. Now it is possible that it could have some issues that need to be fixed or adjusted but an all out fraud.
Plus GE will pay less than peanuts for such a company. Where is it's assets? Where is the value? It's in the FDA approval. Not the possibility of one. That's where competition kicks into high gear. If I were running GE and Dean came to me and said that he has a machine that works, showed it in action and asked $2 Billion for it. I would say Go Fish!!! But I would offer him $10 Million and say have a nice day, we will take it from here.
