I disagree. Just because it's not out for you and I to see in action it does not mean it does not work. Now it is possible that it could have some issues that need to be fixed or adjusted but an all out fraud.
Plus GE will pay less than peanuts for such a company. Where is it's assets? Where is the value? It's in the FDA approval. Not the possibility of one. That's where competition kicks into high gear. If I were running GE and Dean came to me and said that he has a machine that works, showed it in action and asked $2 Billion for it. I would say Go Fish!!! But I would offer him $10 Million and say have a nice day, we will take it from here.
