If the company can levy enough financial resources to pay the creditors in full or an agreed upon portion, the BK will be avoided.

Do you feel the ECT REcovery TEAM (Guy, Guy, Guy? & Gib) are looking at this option?

This is a very good assesment, the best so far. From what I heard, there are about $4M+ of debt in ECT. One must understand that even if half of that is bogus, at this point, $2M is quiet a check to write to calm things down.
