SAEIE-hourly chart. this will show things faster than the daily. Golden cross has happened here! the daily chart does not havethe 200 dma (hence the hourly chart) showing but it does have the 100 dma. that is the line/PPS we must break at .2098 to break out and test .30-IMO.
