That's because they are all buys, and since PHANTOM shares AKA NAKED SHORTS are the only thing being sold.....then there you have it.

So the MM sees there is a BUYER willing to PAY the ASK. He takes the money, gives the BUYER shares from an inventory he may or may not have. He then goes to a seller, gives them the money (which was the ASK), and replenishes his 'inventory' with the SELLER stock. He make his money HOW?????

When do the shares get ADDED to the FTD (short side) of the SHORT REPORT???

If the MM sees there is a BUYER wanting shares (but only at the BID), he searches for a SELLER who is willing to come down from the ASK. If yes, he takes the money from the BUYER, gives him shares which he may or may not have from an inventory he may or may not have, then goes to the SELLER and gives the SELLER the money and replenishes his 'inventory' with the SELLER stock.
He make his money HOW?????
