When I posted that I was basing it on my own chart projections and overall 'feel' for the stock because there was some nibbling on some blocks which hasn't really been the case recently, but after the close someone posted this on BUGS Board.....
So will this may be the catalyst?
I guess we'll know in the coming days/weeks. Just put it on the radar....

The meetings culminated in the signing of a joint venture agreement to build a BUGS manufacturing plant in Nigeria with substantial funding from the government of Nigeria.
