Thanks for the heads up. I have doing some searching and found that they were still doing in 2006, but that is about it so far. It is a great chart play though.

Have been trying to search up on Dennis Appel and John Papazian with SSI. Seems they took over the company on Nov. 15, 2001 per your DD. The law suite by the SEC was in May 28, 2003 and doesn't mention these two guys.

I probably wont put too much effort into it. The FL SOS still had the old management on the inactive fillings. Don't know if they moved the company or not, but they show up in 2005 and 2006 with federal contracts in CA.

Might dig a little more to justify.

questions ,1.was the forward split completed? 2.and are the bad guys out and good guys took over? 3.and someone said govt contract 2006 ? 4.any info on that that can be brought here?
