And that's why I believe all public companies should be forced to register stock and report to the SEC. It certainly doesn't completely eliminate potential fraud, but it helps.

This isn't even a shell. There is no company of any kind. No officers, no directors. It's just a zombie ticker.

I am too (against fraud). And I certainly hope the person(s) who made up that fake internet site get prosecuted to the fullest. But that is done and over with. The point is that most of us know that the company is defunct and this stock is a shell. There are shells all over the place that still trade. The A/S and O/S in this stock are still at the point that when this moves people can make money. And there are groups out there that do flood shells to make them climb. This is pinkyland..95% of the companies are frauds but we trade down here at our own risk. And most of us know that risk.

I got an email from David Southwood today. He said that the Nevada SOS has finally taken action, removing his name from the Stratcomm Media corporate data. The corporate status of the company is now "on hold". I wonder why they didn't just revoke it.

They did what they did pursuant to an "Officer Statement filed pursuant to NRS 225.084 correcting the record by cancelling the articles of incorporation and Initial List of Officers/Directors/License Exemption."

There is a good chance for some bounce.I think that most of the stocks on pink sheet stinks but I see this stock is very thin and there is not dilution. We don't see million of shares dump everyday.
