I believe Corp added value by raising an issue which few others believe exist. He has not stated it as fact. "If our settlement was effected properly, then the PSJ vacatur would have been made permanent, Nok could not have achieved the reinstatement, and we would not be in this risky situation involving some of our most valuable company assets, not to mention the extra expenses incurred trying to correct this monumental mistake." This does look like a real mistake on the part of the parties to that agreement which has cost enormous sums (I assume but do not know for a fact) and which would have been resolved with a vey minor drafting change to the settlement. If that is true, then several thousand investors should be concerned.
