All true, but then again the wild card ( as put in a CRT Report from earlier this year) is the EPA.
They have stated in open court as recently as August they are going after any unfound value if there is more to be had, since they have settled for far less than what they feel they are due, and it's a point that has been proven once already.
If a valuation fight makes this present POR unconfirmable I'd hardly be surprised not to see them back at the table with their hand out.
