Got ya. I never bet the farm on penny stocks anyway, so not a factor for me. The beauty of pennies is that a bundle can be made on a very small entry fee. I'd rather spread around small buys on various penny miners than load the boat on one. I've seen some of them lose 70-80% and stay that way literally for years.
