I thought they said the shares they issue will be non-dilutable. So they could in fact reduce the float down to 20 mil even while they use the shares as a non-dilutable financing mechanism. They states that the balance of the shares would be payable to the holder and the time the shares were up and that those shares would be retired. Just curious if you read something different.
