Frankly several other posters have said it much better than I can.
"At least corp backs up his statements with why he thinks the way he does. It's his opinion, he doesn't state it as facts."
He presents them like they are facts with a little MO at the end and he always is negative towards management. I will be their with him if they do not win the Nokia Arb until then he has agenda to do his best to keep the stock price suppressed. IMO
