As I recall, the issue of damages has been briefed. If someone has access to Pacer, that's easy enough to determine.

Actual payout is not contingent on receipt of payment from govt. Because the warrant agreement has been breached, the court can now determine that a breach exists and compute damages. Only issue is how it determines the value of the non-final damages.

Attorneys fees were estimated at something like 20M in the original. I think that's generous, but if you plug that in you're on your way.

the additional damages issue is being settled in the US Court of Federal Claims. uscfc.uscourts.gov i've poked around there and frankly it's not clear to me when the next court date is.
