As far as I am aware, the primary uncertainty surrounding the actual award is the amount of attorneys' fees. I have not seen anything that gives an informed estimate of this amount.
My other question that I have not seen answered on this topic is the scheduled date of the district court hearing to calculate the additional damages.
I fully expect that even if we win in the WAMU bankrupcty court, that our actual payout will not be until after the expiration of any appeal period on the damage calculation. Additionally, since the amount of attorney's fees is unknown, the market will continue to significantly discount the DimeQ price until that # can be ferreted out.
