The tax losses on the books inflate the profits.

I have seen companies like Zixi get bought out just for the tax losses.

Maybe they are in play.................

Remember this stock hit $5.00 in dec 07.

I think it will go back and test the old high.

They now are profitable and don't have a losing product line.'
