You are incorrect. It does not say majority control. It say affiliate, insider.
THE SEC rule is 10%. But why do you care. SO much. In the most simple analysis, I hope you would agree he bought the stock because he like the company. An you giving this so much attention underlines how positive and impact Tice can have. Bottom line whether you are with SEC rule about his restriction being 60,000 shares in 90 days or not, he is a major player on the PNTV band wagon and it is all good! imho.
