Does that mean if I short a million shares Monday (borrow them), it doesn't show up on the FTD report====>because they were 'borrowed and therefore delivered.
ARE THESE REPORTED ANYWHERE????

But if I short a million shares today (NAKED), it doesn't show up on the FTD report for Monday. If no other shares are FTD on Monday and none are 3 days late, so PYCT does not appear on the report at all.

So conceivably Thursday's FTD report could look like this
20101028|PYCT|1000000|796845|O
because in this case only 796,845 shares were traded on Thursday, AND my 1M from Monday is still FTD.

THERE HAS NOT BEEN ENOUGH VOLUME AFTER ALL THIS SHORTING TO MAKE UP FOR THE FTD's. And yes every share has to go through the DTC right? lol
