JK- perhaps "F&J's apparent negligence" would have been more accurate, since it may not be confirmed unless and until Nok prevails on appeal i.e. the PSJs are left standing.

Corp-Buyer. Thanks for the effort in obtaining and passing on the brief. I just finished going over it, and you really need to have a legal background to fully understand it. In the past you were critical of F&J's handling of the Ericsson settlement, particularly as it related to the Bancorp case. I was wondering whether, after reading the brief, especially the detailed discussion related to the appliability of the Bancorp case, whether you might have changed your mind regarding F&J.
