Well we have had several rounds of back and fourths so this was not good to go right out of the box. AND Dean has always maintained that they have been extremely diligent in submitting the application covering all the bases...dotting i's crossing t's. A 6 month process does not take 3+ years because the system is lumbering. It takes 3 years because the device did not meet some minimum criteria to rubber stamp. 600% longer than the average submission tells you the story in a nutshell.
If Wharton et all did the type of research you are speaking of they would have put down a bigger chunk. The fact that Dean didnt get a few million is disconcerting...it doest even cover them for a full year.
