I do believe there are other rational conclusions that are available to us other than your electro / mechanical problem you offer.

Suppose that there is no problem with DVis or with IMGG. Supposen the problem lies with the bureaucratic lumberings of an overloaded FDA. IMGG FDA application may be in the final stages of review with no mechanical or software issues holding it up.

Suppose Wharton's help in finding not one but two financial investors was the result of in depth analytical review by the Investors, Cranshire Capital, L.P. and Freestone Advantage Partners,L.P. and Wharton Capital Partners, Ltd. It would be rediculous to think that they would all invest $1,000,000 in something that "doesn't exist", "doesn't work" or "can not produce 3D images".

Suppose that this has all been a bad dream and we all will wake up to find that JR was not really shot on Dallas afterall and DVis is being approved as we awake.

Your statement that "No other conclusion can be rationally brought to the table..." is not entirely accurate. There are other possibiliities. But apparently you are not willing to entertain them.
