But if I had proof that Guard Dog filed to "Foreign Qualify" in the State of Florida (as they are Incorporated in Nevada) and the State of Nevada provided a Certificate of good standing...and they hired a Major Registered Agent.....this is a HUGE step towards ensuring COMPLIANCE for things like annual reports....wouldn't that be fun :)
