Probably hasn't been suspended since the SEC checks out all the information they are provided first and then have to have a solid case put together before they act. Takes time to do that. You don't expect them to suspend a stock based on information they can't back up do you? EIGH Tom Kelly/Bryant might be able to get away with that - putting out a pr making some outrageous claim supplied by some TRUE SHAREHOLDERS - but that ain't the way the SEC does it's job. And given the complexity of the players and shells involved - it doesn't surprise me it is taking so much time.
