the $1.5M came from our Restricted-stock, no problem with that

1. The restricted stock previously claimed already existed. This would have to be new stock.

2. The five million shares of stock which are currently restricted only represent $375,000 in current market value (and that would be only if it were free trading).

3. No financier on Earth would give this company 1.5 million dollars for a mere 5 million shares of restricted or free trading stock.
