Do you really think that....

80,000 Series A Preferred shares, and,
55,000 Series B Preferred shares

were converted into 160,800,000 Common shares???

NOT hardly!!!!

That would be a conversion rate of 1191:1

Roger....how could that be?? According to the latest 10Q The Shares in question were issued "DURING the six months ended June 30th,2010.". Who was the CEO "During the six months ended June 30th, 2010? TIA
