Those Series B preferred Stock shares no longer exist they were converted to Common Shares.

The $12,500 payout and the dividend only existed if the shares remained as Series B Preferred.

Those Shares were issued by the toxic CEO Stephen Peacock who is no longer involved with AVEW.

No ouch needed....

Problem solved many months ago.....
