I think the point is that they do not file with the SEC yet as with everything else these lying scammers do, they attempt to lead people to think they do in their disclaimer.
You mean how dare they suggest they have even filed with the SEC a 10ksb? - totally misleading - and I am sure it is done for just that purpose.
