lem, I appreciate your brand of DD, however, when I do my own, I find out that Wall knows Bryant knows Kelly knows anyone who they want to know.....and I knew this from the minute I did my DD, months ago, I chose not to invest in EIGH then.
I also have no first hand DD that shows Monk was a paid consultant to Bryant, being in the same room does not constitute collusion.

question for you, if an FLD strategy was illegal, why wouldnt the SEC have all that mentioned an FLD behind bars weeks after they verified the FLD statement?? Proving a public statement is simple, that case would be open/shut.......there must be a much more logical, legal explanation to why it is NOT illegal when talking FLD------what say you???
