I would love to discuss the upcoming report as I have a lot of questions about it....
As far as I understand this old data CANNOT be used in the new report. New drilling will have to be done to bring this data to current standards. Right? This drilling will cost a lot of money and take quite a bit of time right?
Also one thing that befuddles me, the report that was retracted that came out in '09 was a NI report but it was not a "fully complaint NI report." This last report that just came out is referenced as a NI report but its not a fully complaint NI report. Now we are told that Biliken has been working on a new NI since at least June 2010. Now will this report be fully complaint? if not why do they continue to file reports that arent fully complaint?
