I think all the posturing in court was just window dressing as we all know it comes down to the examiners report. The calm nature of Nelson tells us everything we need to know. Why wast your ammo as a lawyer battling the DS when you need to save it for later. I am sure the judge wants to remain impartial to all parties and when the debtors make that bogus statement about how 30million a month is being wasted by delaying I could see how she had to play along to show that she is trying to save the estate money. I know sounds strange, but it makes sense for her to go by the law until the examiner puts in his 2 cents. Look at the pps. they were unable to even drop us 1 cent in pps.
