Simply put none of our concerns will be taken care of by objecting to any POR or DS in an Omnibus hearing. All of this needs to be litigated and this is the first major step towards that goal.
Most of us that have been keeping up with this case understand the major gist of what happened and the major players. Most all of us recognize the fact that we now have in our corner the U.S. Trustee and S&G fighting for the Equities. Everyone needs to understand that if we continue on the path we have been on for the last year we will be no closer to our money a year from now.
